This Broth Mix is available in a range of sizes, all packed in Plastic Free packaging. We use plant-based cellulose bags for these products. Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.
How do you soak Broth Mix?
The easiest way would be to soak 100g of the mix in 500ml cold water for 8-12 hours or simply overnight. After that you should drian, rise and place into a large saucepan with water and boil it for about 10 minutes, followed by a slow 40 minute simmer until the mix has softened but is slightly firm to the bite.
