Your Realplasticfree.com deliveries

It is a sad fact that plastic free packaging costs more than the plastic variety. Whilst we are striving to keep our costs as low as possible to make plastic free available to as many people as possible, we do have to make some charge for post and packaging on our orders. As more people insist on plastic free we hope to see the prices come down. Until that happy day, our delivery charges may be seen below.

UK mainland delivery

Our UK deliveries will normally take between 3 and 6 working days to arrive from point of order.

UK islands

Orders to EU and other countries

Orders to EU and other countries are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide or international carriers and incur delivery charges.

Please thoroughly check the destination country’s customs regulations. VAT and customs charges of the destination country are the customer’s responsibility if goods are purchased for delivery outside the UK. For further information please follow this link to our Terms and Conditions.

Bulk wholesale deliveries

All bulk wholesale deliveries are at cost and excluded from any free delivery offers.

Bulk Packaging

Please note that bulk packaging may NOT be plastic free – our suppliers use a variety of different types of packaging and we have no control over this. Sacks may be hessian or they may be thick, reusable plastic. Many boxes of dried fruit include an inside liner of plastic. We never add any further plastic packaging.

Buying in bulk reduces plastic – it doesn’t eliminate it.

When do we send out parcels?

Orders placed by 22:00 on day 1 are picked overnight and processed the following day (day 2).

When all items ordered are in-stock, we dispatch your goods on day 2 and your order should be with you on day 3 or 4. Orders are delivered Monday - Saturday between 9 am - 6 pm.

If there is a stock availability issue, due to unexpectedly high demand, or poor seasonal availability, we will email you to inform you and will hold your order for up to 7 days unless you instruct us to send it earlier.

Your order should be with you 3 to 6 working days after it is placed.

 Delivery Addresses

It is of vital importance that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Couriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.

Real Plastic Free cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Bank and public holidays

Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank and public holidays. We do still work on these days (except Christmas and Boxing Day) so your order will still be processed or packed but we cannot send out until the following day.
