About Ground White Rice

White Rice has been ground down to make it suitable for a number of puddings or dishes where you want the rice to completely break down.

Also useful as a gluten-free thickener, thanks to its starch content, in stews and sauces.

These White Rice Ground are available in a range of sizes, all packed in Plastic Free packaging. We use plant-based cellulose bags for these products. Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.

Colour: White

I wouldn't normally recommend anything that is white - still less ground as well! However, cooked gently with almond milk this made an easy to digest first meal after a prolonged bout of sickness.
