Why oats are good for you?
Oats are high in potassium, have useful amounts of calcium and are also a fair source of protein whilst being high in both soluble and insoluble fibre (great for healthy digestion and proven to help lower cholesterol). They are also moderately rich in B vitamins, B1, B2 and especially inositol, and their carbohydrates provide a long slow delivery of energy to our systems.
These Organic Oatmeal Pinhead are available in a range of sizes, all packed in Plastic Free packaging. We use plant-based cellulose bags for these products. Cellulose Plastic Free packaging is biodegradable, simply scrunch up to create air pockets and add to your home compost. It will take around 1-2 months to biodegrade. Or it can be added to general waste, it will break down into vegetable matter.
