Love this fresh root turmeric. The flavour is wonderful and you can use from frozen. Just leave out for a few minutes and it can be chopped. Because it's organic there's no need to peel it first. So easy...just freeze and use straight from freezer in everything savoury. Don't forget to add black pepper too to get full health benefits.

Having tried this fresh turmeric recently I never want to go back to using the dried form from supermarkets again. The extra flavour you get from using the roots like this is amazing. I love it.
