I roast these in oven, coated in oil for a snack. These were high in flavour and very fresh.

These pumpkin seeds offer a rich, nutty flavour that improves sweet and savoury meals. Roast for a crunchy snack (I will eventually) or sprinkled on soups they add a distinct and pleasant flavour boost.

For desserts and sprinkled over salads, adding a distinct nuttiness and making the whole meal tastier!

I love pumpkin seeds, these are nice shiny, properly dark green seeds that give a good bite to salads. I tend to use them sprinkled through green salads or on lightly steamed veg.
